These pre-made packs will gain me up to 25% discount off RRP wines purchased for those months only and free freight Australia Wide. All other customized orders supplied to Capercaillie Wines from me will give me 20% discount off RRP and free freight Australia Wide. 12 bottles purchased per year (excluding sale items) keeps my membership active so I can receive these discounts.
I understand that cancellations must be made in writing to Capercaillie Wines via email to firstname.lastname@example.org after the first 12 month period has been completed.
Capercaillie Wines (hereafter “we”, “us” or “our”) supports the responsible service of alcohol under applicable laws in Australia. It is illegal for anyone under the age of eighteen to either order or receive alcohol.
We dispatch orders promptly Monday to Friday during business hours. Our delivery service is provided by Australia Post or other qualified service providers as designated by us (“Delivery Service Provider”). Your order can be tracked via the website of the Delivery Service Provider with your tracking ID which is supplied once the order has cleared.
If you are not in attendance when delivery is made and you have not supplied delivery instructions, a note will be left and you will need to pick up your package from your local post office. If it is safe to leave your order (e.g. at the front door or under carport), please specify in writing on your order.
The applicable laws in respect of alcohol delivery may vary with state and/or territory. Our Delivery Service Provider may be required to verify the identity of the recipient in certain state and/or territory. Your cooperation will be highly appreciated.
Capercaillie Wines will only ship orders to a valid address within Australia. We currently do not offer international shipping.
No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or fail to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.
Refunds will only be offered where a replacement product of the same value cannot be provided.
If you receive the incorrect product in your shipment, please notify Capercaillie Wines within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Capercaillie Wines will liaise with you and endeavour to dispatch your corrected order. On our receipt of the intact returned goods, Capercaillie Wines will reimburse the return shipping costs within 30 business days.
If the bottles are broken or leaking when they are first taken from its packaging, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com or 02 4990 2904 within 48 business hours upon your receipt of a damaged product. A customer service member will, at his/her sole discretion provisionally determine whether the product is damaged by us. Where a product is provisionally determined to be damaged by us, we will promptly arrange to replace the product. Any additional shipping costs for damaged products will be covered by Capercaillie Wines.
If the product is deemed by our customer service team NOT damaged by us, Capercaillie Wines may at its absolute discretion refuse to replace the product or refuse to offer you a refund for the product.
Capercaillie Wines will not take any responsibility for defect of wines due to poor cellaring, or poor handling once it leaves our premises.
Where we agree to replace the product or refund you the purchase price of the product, you must first return the defective product to us. You will be obliged to pay for the return of the product if the item is sent after 30 days from dispatch.
The delivery time for replacing the product will be the same as stated for the original product.
Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the returned product.
*Free Freight on the 'Relax and Keep Calm' Product is limited to the product Itself. Free Freight is not included with any other promotion.
